Substance Use Disorder Treatment:

Most Hope Treatment Center believes your recovery journey should be partnered with a compassionate team able to create an individualized treatment plan based on expert knowlege and research. Our team will work hard to ensure treatment is accessible and attainable. We work with community partners to remove barriers and promote treatment success.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Our MAT programs combine the use of medications with counseling and behavioral therapies to treat both physical and psychological dependence of illicit substances. Some of our medication selections include but are not limited to:

  • Buprenorphine (Subutex, Suboxone, ZubSolv) - for opioid use disorder

  • Sublocade (long-acting injectable Buprenorphine) - for opioid use disorder

  • Brixadi (long-acting injectable Buprenorphine) - for opioid use disorder

  • Naltrexone - **for alcohol use disorder or opioid use disorder**

  • Vivitrol (long-acting injectable Vivitrol) - **for alcohol use disorder or opioid use use disorder**

  • Campral, Antabuse - for alcohol use disorder

  • There are also medication options for stimulant abuse and other illicit drug use, however these medications are selected based on clinical assessment and vary based on other presenting symptoms

Treatment Program

Counseling with a qualified health professional helps you deal with any personal or social problems that may be leading to addiction or making it worse. These include:

  • Your feelings of self-worth

  • Problems at work or home

  • People around you who use drugs or alcohol

Your treatment program may involve one or more of these:

  • Contingency management uses incentives or rewards to help you meet goals such as sticking with medications or attending treatment.

  • Motivational interviewing helps you identify reasons why you might not want to change your behavior.

  • Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) shows you why you might be using drugs, builds your belief that you can address your problems, and teaches you to cope with struggles more effectively.

  • Family therapy brings in people who care about you to strengthen your treatment.

  • Support groups introduce you to people who know from experience what you’re going through. They can offer their own tips for recovery and help you deal with any setbacks

We also offer Teen Services (ages 13 -18) with our two Adolescent Programs:

  • Epiphany: designed to provide education for teens who have been experimenting with alcohol, marijuana, and/or other illicit substances.

  • Horizons: This level of care is for teens dependent on alcohol, marijuana, and/or other illicit substances, which has led to significant impairments in other areas of their lives such as school disclipines, family conflict, and/or legal system involvement. use problems.

Mental Health Services:

At the Most Hope Treatment Center, we are dedicated to restoring the mental wellness of our clients. We believe in showing compassion by listening to our clients need and individualizing evidenced-based treatments to fit the needs of our clients. We offer Genetic Testing to avoid medication trial & error and to optimize symptom reduction so our clients can get back to what matters most…life!

Most Hope Treatment Center also specialize in ADHD assessment/treatment with a ADHD-CCSP Board Certified Provider. Other conditions treated include:

  • Depression

  • PTSD

  • Mood Disorders/Bipolar

  • Narcissistic Victim Abuse/C-PTSD

  • Binge Eating Disorders

  • Insomnia

Peer Support

Case Management:

We understand the challenges our clients may face and our staff is available to provide assistance to help our clients gain access to needed medical and social services. Our staff will assist clients in:

  • Applying for Social Security Disability Benefits (if applicable)

  • Applying for Job and Family Services Benefits (if applicable)

  • Reasonable Accommodations (if applicable)

  • Employer-Based Disability Paperwork completion (if applicable)

  • Housing Referral

  • Transportation Assistance

Peer Support:

Most Hope Treatment Center believe in providing our clients with support staff who are trained to provide social and emotional assistance and to help promote a safe and trusting environment. Our peers will provide empathetic encouragement and will also work as a liason between you and other interdisciplinary members of your treatment team.

Court/Legal Compliance Programs and Services:

Subtance Use Disorder and Mental Health Evaluations are often court-ordered and/or recommended by a criminal defense attorney or probation office for alcohol or drug-related charges or charges involving certain forms of violence. This may also be required by occupations requiring State Board Licensure .

Most Hope Treatment Center is licensed in Ohio to provide:

  • Court accepted Drug and Alcohol Assessments

  • Probation/Parole Reporting (on a client consent basis only)
